Poker Three

Enjoy over 60 Casino Games!

Poker three is a fast and fun variation of poker that requires little strategy for a player to be successful. The low house edge of approximately 2.5% makes it an attractive game to play especially online. In Poker three you simply need to beat the dealer by making the best poker hand possible with one draw of three cards.

Poker three is played with a standard 52-card deck. The cards are distributed in hands of three, with cards shuffled after each hand. Straights have a higher ranking than a flush, as there are fewer ways to make a three-card straight. Aces can be either high or low.

There are two bets a player can make that will influence the game payout: Pair Plus and Ante.

Pair plus is when the player makes a wager that they will get at least a pair or higher. The Ante bet is the same as regular poker. This is what you must bet in order to participate in the hand.

In poker three you can wager both the ante and pair plus but you are only required to wager one of these bet. You will find the payouts list below.

To ante the player simply places their bet in the "Ante" spot on the table within acceptable table limits. Both dealer and player are dealt a hand of three cards face down. At this point the player will need to determine whether their hand is good enough to bet against the dealer hand, or whether they need to fold. If the player folds, they simply lose the ante. If the player decides to test his/her cards against the dealer, they must place a wager which must be at least equal to the ante. If the player wins the hand, the hand pays both the Ante and the Pair Plus wager (if applicable).

There are three things to consider when calculating a win or loss, did the dealer qualify, the ante and the pair plus bets.
